Costa Rica relocation consultations and planning support

Explore the kinds of planning conversations available to discuss with Dave, then request current availability, scope and pricing by email.

01

A focused 30-minute conversation

This format is intended for a small number of questions: comparing two locations, preparing a first research visit or identifying where your plan needs more work. It works best when you send your priorities beforehand.

Ask for current availability and price before booking. A consultation inquiry is not a reservation, and this site does not take payment.

02

A 60-minute planning conversation

A longer discussion can cover how budget, location, healthcare access, transportation and language fit together. Bring your assessment results and the decisions you are weighing.

Before agreeing to a session, confirm the exact scope, whether any written follow-up is included and the cancellation or rescheduling terms. This keeps expectations clear on both sides.

03

Relocation planning and packages

If you need help across several decisions, describe the support you want in your inquiry. A suitable scope can be discussed before you commit. Packages, deliverables and prices are not standardized on this site yet.

Do not pay for a broad promise to “handle everything.” Ask who is responsible for each task and which matters require a licensed professional.

What this guidance covers

Dave’s contribution is lived experience, practical questions and a clearer decision process. It is particularly relevant to people comparing the realities of ordinary life before a trial stay or move.

  • Location and lifestyle priorities
  • Research-trip preparation
  • Questions to ask about housing and access
  • Expectations, Spanish and community life
05

Professional boundaries

Legal eligibility, tax obligations, insurance suitability, medical treatment and property transactions require the relevant qualified professionals. A planning conversation cannot guarantee an immigration outcome, savings or a successful relocation.

You should receive the scope and price before a paid engagement. Until booking is connected, use the email inquiry to discuss whether the proposed support meets your needs.
