Assessment answers
The assessment calculates results in your browser. Its code does not send answers to Dave or save them in a database or browser storage. Refreshing the page clears them. A downloaded summary is saved on your own device; protect or delete that file as you choose.
Email inquiries
The email links open your email application. Nothing is sent until you send the message. Your email provider handles that message, and Dave receives the information you choose to include.
For questions about information you sent, contact info@expatlivingincostarica.com. Do not include passwords, identity documents or detailed medical records in an initial inquiry.
Hosting and external services
Your WordPress installation and hosting provider process technical requests and may use operational logs or cookies. Installed plugins can add their own data collection. The site owner must review those services and complete this notice before publishing it. Ordinary access to these imported pages does not require a ChatGPT account.
The optional interactive map loads MapLibre resources and OpenFreeMap map data after you choose to load it. External services receive technical requests from your browser. YouTube links open YouTube; no YouTube player loads automatically on these pages.
Marketing and payments
This theme does not add a newsletter enrollment form, advertising tracker or payment checkout. Other installed WordPress plugins may do so. Clicking an email link does not subscribe you to marketing.
If email subscriptions, booking, payments or analytics are added, this notice should be updated to describe the actual services and choices before those features collect information.
